Michelle McPhee

I want to make your realty dreams a reality.

Buying or selling a home is one of the most stressful things you’ll ever do.

My goal is to have you say “Michelle went above and beyond when it came to my real estate needs”.

"I’m here for you before, during, and after the sale or purchase of your home."

As a Realtor, my first and most important job is to be YOUR advocate. This means I’m here to take the stress out of what is most likely the biggest financial transaction of your life – and maybe even have a little fun too!

Another goal is to build lifelong relationships with my clients. I believe strong communication is the key – in fact my education background includes a BA in Journalism from Ryerson University in Toronto. I also am a Certified Staging Advocate through the Real Estate Staging Association. I am currently working towards my Real Estate Broker license.

When I’m not doing all things real estate related, you can find me training for half and full marathons. I have been lucky enough to tie my love of running with my desire to see wonderful big cities.  I have completed marathons in Chicago, New York, Las Vegas, and Orlando. As well as two closer to home in Hamilton and Toronto. I am married to Paul, and we have a son together. We also have a Chocolate Lab named Hershey. We’re hoping he’ll pass the certification to be a St. John’s Ambulance Therapy Dog. Wish us luck!

I’m also a member of the Laurelwood Neighborhood Association as well as a founding member of the Business Builders of KW.

The Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation, the Kitchener Humane Society and the United Way of Waterloo Region are all important charities that I have donated both my time and money.

"I would be pleased to accompany you on your exciting real estate journey
and make your realty dreams a reality."
